SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed on our Business website will be shipped from a third-party fulfillment center in the United States.
The type, quantity and weight of your package may vary, and a such, shipping costs may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. The get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart and enter your address in the checkout page.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, the order will be processed within 1-3 business days standard processing time by our third-party fulfillment center. Orders under $5000 and paid via credit card will be confirmed immediately. Orders paid by wire transfer will be processed upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Orders placed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will not be processed until the morning of the next business day. Orders placed for shipment to the following will be processed within 3 business days (January through October) and 4 business days (November through December): Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Kingman Reef, Wake Island, Palmyra Atoll, Bajo Nuevo Bank, Serranilla Bank, Navassa Island, and Johnston Atoll. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number of your shipment from our third-party fulfillment center to your address in the United States.
Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days to most locations in the United States.
- If you have entered an APO, FPO or DPO address for delivery by courier the delivery time may vary, and standard shipping may take 21 business days or longer.

Expedited Shipping: Usually takes 1-3 business days.
Priority Shipping: Usually takes 1-2 business days.
- For Expedited or Priority Shipping, timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier.
- If you entered a PO Box for Expedited or Priority Shipping, your order cannot be processed as the carrier must have a physical address. Please place a new order with a physical address and contact us by email to cancel this order.
LTL Shipments: LTL shipments vary dependent on shipping lanes and usually take 7-10 business days.

Please be aware that Standard Shipping does not guarantee delivery time. If you choose this method of shipping Catalyst will not be liable for and therefore unable to refund, reimburse or resend shipments that are delayed, lost, stolen or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping via the Standard Shipping option does not include any insurance. Catalyst is not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of undelivered/damaged shipment caused during transport.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
Shipping/delivery addresses must match the billing address associated with the payment account. If you wish to ship to an address different from your PayPal account or credit card/bank billing address, please update your PayPal, credit card and/or billing address prior to placing your order.
If for any reason you fail to pick-up or accept your parcel, it may be returned to Catalyst and you will be responsible for any additional fees/costs associated with any re-shipment, including any return fees. Your shipment address must be accurate. Catalyst is not liable for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
