Returns Policy for Mobile Device Cases

RETURNS POLICY & GUIDELINES

Our goal is for you to love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things happen from leaving us to arriving at your door. If you purchased directly from https://business.catalystcase.com/ and wish to seek a refund, you can do so within 14-calendar days from the receipt of purchase.


How do I submit a Return Request? Simply follow 3 easy steps:

  1. Kindly submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request here:

  2. Our Catalyst Returns Team will confirm receipt of your RMA form by email within 24 business hours. Then your return request will be reviewed and assessed. All further updates will be communicated via email.
  3. Once your request is approved, please ship your product to the address provided by our Support Team for your refund. You will be notified once your package has been safely received and processed at our facility.


Requirements for Returns:

We want to make this process as hassle free as possible. To ensure this, please follow our guidelines below.

  • Please include a copy of proof of purchase(s) or order number from https://business.catalystcase.com/.
  • If the purchase was made outside of Catalysts’ online store, please contact your respective seller for returns.
  • Please ensure any returned products are in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned order.
  • Please do not ship products with missing components or missing documentation. These will be refused and returned to the purchaser.
  • Please do not ship products that are not in pristine resaleable condition. Products that have damage from normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse, product abuse, or products sold “As-Is” or “Discontinued” will not be accepted. Catalyst® reserves the right to deny the return or refund of any product by any purchaser for any reason.
  • Note that return shipping is at purchaser’s cost unless stated otherwise, in writing, by our support team.
  • Note that the original purchaser will be given a Product Refund (but shipping & handling fees are non-refundable).
  • Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/package. Returns without RMA numbers cannot be accepted and will be refused.
  • Note that RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Returns received after 15 days will be refused.

*Recommended: Catalyst® requests that you provide a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned products to ensure your return is received. Catalyst® is not liable for lost or stolen return packages.
